CHK is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of paid growth.
We’re building CHK into one of India’s leading new-age footwear brands, and we’re looking for someone who understands that performance marketing is much more than launching campaigns and optimising ROAS.
What you’ll own
Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google
Own performance metrics across CAC, MER, ROAS, CVR and contribution margin
Build structured campaign and testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages
Work closely with our creative team to develop a consistent pipeline of performance-led creatives
Identify winning ads quickly and build systems to scale them
Analyse the complete funnel — impression → click → landing page → ATC → checkout → purchase
Diagnose performance drops and identify whether the problem sits with media, creative, website, offer or customer journey
Manage budgets and allocate spend based on marginal returns rather than vanity metrics
Build clear weekly reporting and translate data into actions
Work directly with the founders on growth strategy
Who we’re looking for
Someone who:
Has 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Has managed meaningful monthly ad spends for a D2C/e-commerce brand
Has strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Understands Google Ads, GA4 and attribution
Is highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets
Understands creative strategy and can clearly brief a creative team
Thinks commercially — not just in terms of ROAS, but CAC, margins and profitable growth
Can move rapid, test aggressively and take complete ownership of outcomes
D2C fashion, footwear, beauty or lifestyle experience is a strong advantage.
