Role Description The Technical Consultant role is a full time,



hybrid position based in Prayagraj, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their supply chain and logistics processes, gather requirements, and configure Autoplant’s solutions to address operational challenges. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with internal product and engineering teams, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries. The role also involves conducting solution demos, supporting pre-sales activities, preparing technical documentation, and training users to adopt and effectively use the platform. The Technical Consultant will help drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, recommending enhancements, and contributing to successful implementations and long-term client relationships.
