Noorly, a growing D2C laundry care brand, is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can take complete end-to-end ownership of our social media presence.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to build a consumer product brand on Instagram from the ground up — not just post content.

? Role: Freelance Social Media Manager
? Work Mode: Remote
? Compensation: ₹15,000/month
? Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

What You’ll Handle

• Complete ownership of Noorly’s Instagram and social media execution
• Planning and maintaining the complete monthly content calendar
• Publishing approximately 50–60 pieces of content per month
• Ensuring consistent posting of around 2 posts/reels/stories per day
• Creating moodboards, visual references and content directions for the brand
• Aligning content, campaigns and creative timelines in advance
• Planning and executing social media campaigns from idea to launch
• Bringing fresh campaign and content ideas every week




• Building Noorly’s social media community and improving audience engagement
• Identifying trends, content formats, hooks and opportunities relevant to laundry care, home care and D2C consumers
• Maintaining consistency in Noorly’s visual identity, communication and brand personality
• Coordinating with designers, video editors and creators wherever required
• Ensuring all planned content goes live according to timelines
• Tracking reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance
• Providing complete weekly and monthly social media reports
• Analysing what is working and continuously improving the content strategy

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 3–4 years of Social Media Management experience

✅ Must have worked with D2C, E-commerce or product-based consumer brands

✅ Strong preference for candidates who have helped build or scale an Instagram account from an early stage

✅ Solid understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, community buil
