Hiring: Social Media Strategist

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn ideas into content that brands can own.

What You’ll Do?

* Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
* Research trends, creators, formats and audience behaviour.
* Ideate Reels, hooks, campaigns and content themes.
* Write captions, copy and social-first content.
* Manage and coordinate content for multiple brands.
* Communicate with clients, understand requirements and handle feedback.
* Work with design, video, content and client servicing teams.
* Track performance and identify what’s working.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends.

What We’re Looking For?

* Freshers / 0–1 year experience.
* Strong understanding of Instagram and social media culture.
* Creative thinker with solid writing and communication skills.
* Passionate, hardworking, responsible and eager to learn.




* Ability to take ownership and meet deadlines.
* Comfortable communicating with clients.
* Agency/internship experience is a plus.
* Portfolio, personal page or work samples are an advantage.
