Role Objective
To ensure smooth backend operations, data accuracy, vendor and booking management, and coordination between internal teams, vendors, and customers.





Paid Internship with a monthly stipend and opportunity to work closely with the founders.
Successful candidates will be absorbed as "Management Trainees" in the organization after their internship.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
Maintain vendor database and ensure accurate information.
Verify vendor documents and onboarding details.
Update vendor availability, pricing, and service categories.
Booking & Order Management
Manage end-to-end booking lifecycle in the system.
Ensure accurate entry of booking details.
Track booking confirmations, payments, and status updates.
Customer & Vendor Coordination
Act as a support point for customer and vendor queries.
Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Data Management & MIS Reporting
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Analyze operational data for improvements.
