Designation-Closing Manager
Department - Premium Sales
Location - Gurgaon

Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to drive the end-to-end closure of premium and luxury residential sales in Gurgaon. The role will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into successful bookings by managing the complete closing journey, from negotiation and commercial discussions to booking and documentation.




The ideal candidate should have strong residential real estate sales experience, excellent negotiation and client-handling skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end closure of residential sales, with a robust focus on achieving booking and revenue targets.
Manage qualified leads and prospects through the final stages of the sales funnel, ensuring high conversion rates.
Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and objection handling with HNI/UHNI and premium clientele.
Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and position the project’s value proposition effectively.
Work closely with Channel Sales, Direct Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless closure.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of booking forms, documentation, payment schedules and other closure formalities.
Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the closing proc
