Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Channel Sales professional with 7–10 years of experience in reputed real estate organizations, with strong exposure to luxury residential sales. The role will be responsible for driving business through channel partners, managing high-value client relationships, and delivering sales targets for Embassy’s luxury residential portfolio.





Key Responsibilities:
Drive luxury residential sales through a solid network of Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
Identify, onboard, activate, and manage channel partners to build a high-performing partner ecosystem.
Drive sales closures and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with project positioning, pricing, inventory, and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, channel partners, and key market influencers.
Demonstrate exceptional client servicing and relationship management throughout the sales journey, from lead generation to closure and post-sales coordination.
Ensure effective CRM management, including lead tracking, follow-ups, pipeline management, customer interactions, and timely updates.
