Job Purpose




The Hospital Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Jeevan Rekha Group of Companies, with a major focus on healthcare manpower.
The role requires someone who can independently source, screen, coordinate and close vacancies across clinical, paramedical, technical, administrative and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital and healthcare vacancies.
Handle recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedical staff, pharmacists, administrative staff, operations personnel and other healthcare roles.
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and convert them into transparent recruitment plans.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and other recruitment channels.
Actively search available candidate databases instead of depending only on incoming applications.
