Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Surat. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with e-commerce sellers and brands,



and promoting iThink Logistics’ solutions to drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, develop sales pipelines, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with prospects and clients. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align offerings with client needs, tracking performance against targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback to product teams on market trends and customer requirements. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, ensuring high standards of customer experience, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand iThink Logistics’ presence in key segments.
Qualifications

Strong business development, B2C sales, and account management skills, with experience in identifying leads, building pipelines, and closing deals.
