Position Overview
The Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating design activities across structural, architectural and building services disciplines for high‑rise building projects. This full‑time, on‑site role in Bengaluru involves managing design documentation, reviewing submittals, and ensuring alignment with project requirements, codes, and client expectations. The role demands proactive communication among internal teams, consultants, and clients,



while tracking design progress and supporting timely resolution of design‑related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Design Coordination: Facilitate integration of Structural and MEP designs for high‑rise projects.
Documentation Management: Review submittals, drawings and technical documents; maintain organized records.
Project Meetings: Organize design review meetings, prepare coordination reports and track action items.
Progress Tracking: Monitor design schedules, highlight risks and assist in timely resolution of issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as liaison between design teams, Architects and clients to ensure clarity and alignment.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and best practices for high‑rise construction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (advanced qualifications in project/design management preferred).
