Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Admissions Counselor role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Senior Admissions Counselor will advise prospective students on suitable MBA programs, admission requirements, and application strategies through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels. The role includes conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining course offerings and institutional partnerships, and supporting applicants in completing forms and documentation accurately and on time.



The counselor will manage leads, follow up with inquiries, and maintain detailed records in CRM or internal systems to ensure timely communication and conversion. Additional responsibilities include participating in information sessions, events, and seminars; collaborating with marketing and sales teams on outreach campaigns; and providing feedback to improve counseling processes and student experience.
Qualifications
