Responsibilities
Design and implement dynamic lesson plans that align with state and national curriculum standards for English language arts.
Facilitate interactive classroom discussions and activities to enhance students' reading comprehension, writing proficiency, and oral communication abilities.
Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, curiosity, and active participation from all learners.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Education, or a closely related field.
Hold a valid teaching certification or credential required for secondary education in Maharashtra.




Demonstrate a minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in teaching English at the school level.
Exhibit exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Show strong proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning outcomes.

1.selected candidates should give 2 years agreement with the school.
2.Candidates should submit their qualification certificates for the verification process of 6 months.
