Job Description
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
/n
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and governance frameworks.
/n
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure smooth execution.
/n
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and implementation teams to achieve project objectives.
/n
- Monitor project performance through KPIs and prepare status reports for senior management.
/n
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
/n
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
/n
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract and procurement-related activities where applicable.
/n
/n
Desired Skills & Experience
/n
/n
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, program management, or related leadership roles.
/n
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
/n
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
/n
- Experience in budget management, resource planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.
/n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects in complex environments.
/n
/n
Preferred Experience
/n
/n
- Prior experience in Public Financial Management (PFM) projects.
/n
- Experience working on Government, Public Sector, Finance, Treasury, Budget Management, Revenue Management, or related financial modernization initiatives will be preferred.
/n
- Understanding of financial systems, public finance processes, budgeting, accounting, treasury operations, and digital transformation programs in the public sector is desirable.
/n
