Role Title: Onsite EUC Engineer (Resident & Dispatch Models)/n

Job Description: /n

Provide onsite support for desktops and laptops. /n
/n Install and configure Windows operating systems. /n
/n Install and troubleshoot software applications. /n
/n Set up and replace desktops,



laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals. /n
/n Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. /n
/n Support printers and scanners. /n
/n Help users with Microsoft Office and Outlook issues. /n
/n Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, and Change). /n
/n Replace hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, keyboards, and batteries. /n
/n Support user login and password issues. /n
/n Coordinate with remote support teams when required. /n
/n Update service tickets and submit site visit reports. /n
/n Basic Network Knowledge /n
/n Basic understanding of IP Address, DHCP, DNS, and Subnet Mask. /n
/n Connect devices to wired and wireless networks. /n
/n Perform basic network troubleshooting. /n
/n Test and replace Ethernet cables. /n
/n Identify network port issues and coordinate with the network team. /n
/n Basic knowledge of switches and routers. /n
