HIRING | FINANCIAL REPORTING / FINANCE CONTROL

A fast-growing financial services Unicorn is looking for a Chartered Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting, accounting controls, statutory audit and regulatory compliance across a multi-business environment.

/n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

/n

• Own General Ledger & Month-End Close for assigned entities

/n

• Prepare Ind AS Financial Statements and entity-level MIS

/n

• Independently manage Statutory Audit and auditor relationships

/n

• Drive Internal Financial Controls (IFC) , RCMs and audit closures

/n

• Manage GST, TDS, Advance Tax & Deferred Tax compliance

/n

• Handle accounting and reconciliation across Treasury & multiple asset classes

/n

• Work on Oracle Fusion , process improvement and finance automation

/n

• Build Excel-based automation using VBA, Power Query & advanced formulas

/n

IDEAL PROFILE

/n

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

/n

Experience:



Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in BFSI

/n

Preferred exposure to:

/n

NBFC | Wealth Management | Asset Management | Broking | Treasury | Prop Trading

/n

MUST-HAVE

/n

✔ Strong hands-on experience in Ind AS Financial Statements

/n

✔ Independent ownership of Statutory Audit

/n

✔ Strong knowledge of Ind AS 109 / 113 / 107 / 32

/n

✔ Working knowledge of GST, TDS & Direct Tax

/n

✔ Advanced Excel skills including VBA, Power Query & MIS modelling

/n

✔ Solid ownership, analytical ability and attention to detail
