Ads Creative Specialist - Bambinos.live

About the role: Bambinos.live is an edtech platform running live small-group courses for kids (English, Gita, Maths, Science, AI, Chess) across India, Middle East, and International markets. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own ideation, scripting, and copywriting for our paid social ad creative — someone with a sharp eye for what actually works in ads, not just what looks good.

What you'll do:

/n

● Ideate creative concepts for video and static ads across our courses and geographies

/n

● Write scripts for video ads (hooks, beats, CTAs) and copy for static ads

/n

● Review past creative performance (we'll share the data) and translate learnings into new concepts — kill what's not working, double down on what is

/n

● Bring strong creative instincts on what makes an ad scroll-stopping, what makes a hook land, and what converts — as distinct from what simply looks polished

/n

● Collaborate with our in-house presenters, video editors, and external agency to get concepts executed Must have:





/n

● 1–2 years of relevant experience in performance/ad creative, copywriting, or content — DTC, edtech, app, or subscription businesses preferred

/n

● Strong copywriting ability across both video scripts and static ad copy

/n

● A real point of view on what makes an ad work in paid social specifically (not brand/film sensibility alone)

/n

● Ability to look at ad performance and translate it into sharper creative decisions Positive to have:

/n

● Experience planning creative pipelines — volume, cadence, how many assets a course/geo needs ● Comfort working alongside performance marketing data

/n

● Experience writing for kids/parents as an audience

/n

● Exposure to Meta ads specifically (hook rates, thumb-stop rates, sound-off comprehension) Not required: production/shoot experience, media buying, budget ownership.
