Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution across all sales channels.

- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

- Plan and execute promotional activities, brand activations, and visibility programs.

- Track sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales team members.
