Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram , with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
/n
- Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audiences, and customer segments.
/n
- Manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, engagement, and remarketing .
/n
- Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies.
/n
- Set up and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking .
/n
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates .
/n




- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive utilization of ad spend.
/n
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
/n
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
/n
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
/n
- Create regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
/n
- Manage retargeting, lookalike, custom, and interest-based audiences.
/n
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and performance-related issues.
/n
- Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies, algorithms, and industry trends .
/n
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new advertising opportunities.

Required Skills

/n

/n
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager .
/n
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
/n
- Strong understanding
