You'll apply your healthcare operations expertise to review and assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other professional work products for accuracy, rigor, presentation quality, and alignment with real-world healthcare operations standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks using domain-specific quality criteria.
- Review work products for factual accuracy, operational relevance, analytical rigor, and overall quality .
- Identify factual, visual, formatting, presentation, and content-related errors.
- Assess whether AI-generated outputs accurately reflect real-world healthcare operations and workflows .
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback.
- Apply consistent professional judgment when grading AI-generated work against established evaluation rubrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Healthcare Operations or a closely related healthcare operations role.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides .
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors and inconsistencies.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide transparent and well-structured feedback.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, hourly engagement .
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
