Power BI Lead/n

Location:* Hyderabad, bangalore, mumbai, pune, gurugram, mohali,panchkula/n

Shift:* Afternoon Shift, starts at maybe 2:30pm ending at 11:00 PM IST/n

Key Responsibilities/n

/n

* Act as a technical extension of the onsite *BI/Data Analytics team*./n

* Gather and understand requirements from business stakeholders./n

* Translate business requirements into scalable BI and analytics solutions./n

* Design reporting and analytics solutions using *Power BI*./n

* Define technical *design specifications and data contracts*./n

* Establish and enforce development, coding and QA standards./n

* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BI/Data Engineering developers./n

* Develop and review complex Power BI dashboards, reports and data models./n

* Develop complex *DAX measures and calculations*./n

* Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and data processes./n

* Work hands-on with *SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS*./n





* Design and develop ETL/data pipelines using SSIS and related technologies./n

* Work with contemporary *Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)* as well as legacy data pipelines./n

* Support Power BI cloud deployment, Gateway configuration and scheduled data refreshes./n

* Evaluate different analytics and reporting options and present recommendations to business stakeholders./n

* Review technical solutions and ensure performance, scalability and data quality./n

* Troubleshoot complex BI, SQL, ETL and data-related issues./n

* Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery./n

* Ensure deliverables meet client expectations for quality, productivity and technical standards./n

Required Skills/n

/n

* 7+ years of experience in *BI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering or related technologies*./n

* Strong hands-on experience with *Power BI*./n

* Strong expertise in *SQL Server and SQL*./n

* Strong knowledge of *DAX and Data
