3 is seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and strategically minded Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition and long-term commercial growth for the House. This role extends far beyond conventional sales. It requires someone who can identify opportunities, build trust with decision-makers, understand complex business challenges, and position the Maison as a long-term strategic partner rather than a service provider. You will represent the House in conversations with founders, luxury brands, business owners, family offices, corporate leaders, hospitality groups, institutions,



and other organisations seeking thoughtful brand and business transformation. The successful candidate will combine commercial judgement with emotional intelligence, communicate with confidence, and understand that enduring business relationships are built through credibility, consistency, and professionalism.
Generate consistent commercial opportunities for the House.
Convert strategic conversations into long-term client relationships.
Develop partnerships that strengthen both the commercial position and reputation of the House.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with the Maison's capabilities and long-term vision.
Identifying prospective clients across luxury, premium, lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, retail, education, healthcare, and emerging businesses.
Building and maintaining a structured sales pipeline through the CRM.
