Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse learning needs of middle school students.
Facilitate interactive classroom sessions that promote reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar proficiency, and public speaking.
Evaluate student progress through a variety of assessment methods, including quizzes, essays, and oral presentations, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and respect among peers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Education,



or a related field; teaching certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience teaching English to middle school students.
Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
Demonstrated ability to utilize contemporary teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance student engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
