This is a full time, fully remote opportunity supporting secure, reliable, and high-performing technology infrastructure.
The role offers broad exposure across cloud engineering, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, and systems administration.
You will help maintain cloud and network environments while troubleshooting complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
You will also contribute to identity and access management, security operations, monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure automation.
The position combines hands-on technical ownership with collaboration across engineering, IT, security, and business teams.
Success will be measured through infrastructure reliability, security, performance, efficient issue resolution, and operational improvements.

Accountabilities
Configure, monitor, maintain, and improve cloud and infrastructure environments, supporting technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
Monitor infrastructure health, availability, performance, and security, while supporting deployments, upgrades, configuration changes, and scalable technical environments.
Configure and troubleshoot network environments, including connectivity, DNS, routing, and infrastructure-related issues.
Diagnose complex technical problems across systems, networks, cloud environments, and security layers, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Apply cybersecurity best practices, investigate potential security issues, support incident response, and help identify vulnerabilities and operational risks.
