This role is an prospect to build hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM while supporting organizations through important technology and process transformations.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
The position covers the full implementation lifecycle, from planning and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
You will collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations while ensuring solutions align with business needs.
The role also involves facilitating workshops, creating documentation, and helping end users adopt new capabilities effectively.
You will continuously expand your knowledge as Oracle Cloud evolves through regular quarterly releases and enhancements.

Accountabilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, clarify, and document functional requirements.
Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to address business processes and organizational requirements.
Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation and upgrade projects across planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Conduct workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and end-user training to support successful adoption.
Develop functional design documents, process documentation, test scenarios, and test cases.
Coordinate with technical teams on reports, integrations, customizations, and other technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM, identifying root causes and appropriate solutions.
