You will take ownership of day-to-day corporate spend management, helping ensure transactions are accurate, compliant, and properly documented.
The role combines expense review, corporate card administration, budget tracking, reporting, and vendor and subscription oversight.
You will work closely with employees and finance stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain reliable financial information.

Accountabilities
Monitor corporate card activity for unusual, unauthorized, or out-of-policy transactions and follow up directly with cardholders when clarification is required.
Maintain accurate records of corporate cardholders, spending limits, account changes, and related information.
Review employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, proper categorization, receipts, and compliance with company policies.
Identify missing documentation, policy violations, and incorrectly categorized expenses, working with employees to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Help maintain and improve expense policy documentation so employees have clear and accessible guidance.
Monitor cloud and compute-related expenses, including AI and technology services, and help ensure spending is aligned with approved enterprise agree
