Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for agriculture development projects.
- Coordinate with government departments, field staff, and stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits and monitor project implementation.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Support training, awareness programs, and capacity-building activities.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain project-related data.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities and deliverables.
- Assist in identifying challenges and recommending practical solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Central/State Government Ministries or Departments
- Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs)
- Corporate Organizations
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and rural development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for field visits and work with local stakeholders.
- Experience in agriculture development or government-funded projects.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
