Qualification
- MBA (Marketing / Finance / Rural Management / Social Entrepreneurship)
- MSW (Master of Social Work)
- PGDM
- Any Graduate with proven CSR fundraising experience

Experience
- 5-10+ years in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, NGO business development, or institutional fundraising.
- Proven experience in raising ₹2-5 crore+ CSR funds annually.
- Solid network with CSR Heads, Corporate Foundations, and company leadership.
- Experience in writing CSR proposals, budgets, and impact reports.
- Knowledge of Companies Act 2013 (Section 135) and CSR compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi; Punjabi is a plus).

Key Responsibilities
- Generate CSR leads from companies across India.
- Arrange meetings with CSR decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and finalize CSR partnerships.
- Coordinate donor reporting and project implementation.
- Achieve annual CSR fundraising targets.

Preferred Industry
- NGO / Healthcare / Hospital / Education / Social Impact Sector.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
