- Job Summary: We are hiring compassionate Patient Care Assistants /Caregiversto provide personalized home-based patient care, ensure comfort, and support overall health and recovery under assigned care plans.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting).- Monitor and record vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.- Support patient mobility, safe transfers, and medical appointments.- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the client.- Report any changes in health status promptly to supervisors.

- Day Care / Night Care shifts available.

- ANM qualification OR GDA (General Duty Assistant) certification.

- Equivalent Healthcare Training Accepted: Certifications such as HHA (Home Health Aide), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Patient Care Technician (PCT), or NSDC/HSSC-approved healthcare assistant programs.- Minimum educational qualification: SSLC.- Freshers and experienced care professionals are both welcome to apply- Caring, reliable, and patient-focused attitude with basic English communication skills.
