This is a freelance commercial role focused on growing private aviation charter business across Bengaluru and the wider Indian market.
You will identify, qualify, negotiate, and close high-value helicopter and private jet charter opportunities for discerning clients.
The role combines business development, aviation broking, supplier management, and end-to-end charter coordination.
You will leverage established relationships with operators, clients, luxury travel partners, corporate organizations, production houses, and event planners.
Success will depend on your ability to source competitive aircraft solutions, negotiate effectively, and deliver a highly responsive client experience.
You will work with a strong degree of autonomy while collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Accountabilities
Identify and develop new charter opportunities through existing networks, corporate outreach, luxury travel partners, production companies, event planners, and other relevant channels.
Manage the complete charter sales cycle, from lead generation and client qualification through aircraft sourcing, routing, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Source suitable helicopters and private jets by maintaining and expanding a reliable network of aircraft operators and FBOs.
Negotiate competitive aircraft availability and pricing while balancing client requirements, commercial objectives, and operational feasibility.
Prepare tailored quotations, flight itineraries, and proposals that meet client expectations and applicable aviation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
