Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for project and operational requirements.
- Source materials, equipment, consumables, and services from approved vendors.
- Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP systems.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support project execution and production schedules.

Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor base.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery performance, pricing, and service.
- Identify alternate suppliers and support vendor development initiatives.
- Maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.

ERP & Documentation
- Create and manage RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and GRNs in ERP.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement procedures.

Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Stores, Maintenance, Finance,



and Operations teams.
- Track supplier commitments and expedite deliveries.
- Resolve supply, quality, and invoice-related issues with vendors.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support stock optimization.

Cost Optimization
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
- Ensure procurement activities align with budget and project requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- 4-5 years of procurement experience in Manufacturing and/or EPC industries.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
