Accountabilities
Partner with senior social media leadership to plan and deliver evergreen social initiatives, campaigns, strategic programs, and related communications projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, defining scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, and communication plans.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors across social media, creators, content, creative, design, video, community, PR, marketing, analytics, and external partners.
Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, stakeholder check-ins, retrospectives, and other forums that maintain alignment and momentum.
Build and maintain project workflows in Asana, tracking deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks, and shifting priorities across distributed teams.
