The position combines relationship management with hands-on analysis across telecom, RF, networking, and machine learning domains.
You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders, including directors and C-level executives, to understand business priorities and deliver actionable insights.
You will also collaborate with sales, product, data, and engineering teams to resolve complex challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
AI-enabled tools will be used to accelerate reporting, analysis, automation, and executive-ready customer insights.

Accountabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, building trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement, strategic guidance, training, and ongoing support.
Educate customers on product capabilities and help them achieve optimal adoption and value from the available data and technology solutions.
Own customer-facing technical and business issues, troubleshoot problems directly, and coordinate internal escalation and resolution when required.
Engage effectively with directors and C-level stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear business implications and recommendations.
Partner with sales teams to monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and support
