JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Own Serve Society's digital and social media strategy across Instagram, You Tube and other platforms.• Build and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.• Lead content ideation across sports, fitness, culture, trends, athletes, coaches, tournaments and community.• Plan and execute shoots and create content hands-on using an i Phone,



including shooting, editing, captions and publishing.• Manage creative/social media agencies and external creators.• Build partnerships with athletes, influencers and creators.• Track content performance and connect digital activity to business outcomes.• Own and evolve Serve Society's online brand voice and visual identity.• Work closely with founders and internal teams to turn business priorities into compelling content. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Advertising, Business or a related field.• 2–5 years of relevant experience.• Experience in sports, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, consumer or D2 C brands is preferred.• Solid portfolio of social media/content work OTHER DETAILSReporting To: Founder Industry Target: D2 C and Sports Work Model Arrangement: Onsite
