Role Description

The Service Executive is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth execution of field service activities. The role involves coordinating site work, addressing customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely service delivery.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.




- Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple service activities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic report preparation.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites for installation, commissioning, servicing, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and service teams to ensure timely execution of service activities.
- Prepare and submit service reports, site visit reports, and maintenance records after every customer visit.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor pending service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Support machine trials, inspection
