About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can transform ideas into impactful digital content. If you enjoy designing, storytelling, social media, and thinking outside the box, we'd love to meet you.

Freshers with robust creative talent and a passion for content creation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative posters, banners, advertisements, invitations, and social media creatives.
- Create engaging reels, short videos, and promotional content.
- Manage and grow multiple social media accounts, including:
- Political personality profiles
- Public trust/NGO social media pages
- Business and company profiles
- Plan and schedule daily social media posts.
- Write attractive captions, hashtags, and engaging content.
- Monitor comments and messages and improve audience engagement.
- Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and content strategies.




- Capture and edit photos and videos during events, meetings, and activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and digital marketing techniques.
- Coordinate with the team to promote events, initiatives, products, and public campaigns.

Required Skills:
- Creativity and original thinking.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, etc.).
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Channels, and LinkedIn.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
