About the Role:

Leads team of intermediate to experienced Field Service professionals. Reviews escalated issues, establishes and maintains a good relationship with key customers,



and responds to escalated complaints from high-profile customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff.

Responsibilities:
Drive Totaline sales and business growth across Bangalore and the Karnataka market.
Develop and manage strong business relationships with SPDs, Turnkey Contractors (TKOs), and competitive dealers to drive new business opportunities and strengthen Totaline’s market presence.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the Totaline channel network.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and margin targets.
Promote and develop Totaline’s non-traditional product portfolio, including Air Curtains, Dehumidifiers and Air-Side Accessories, beyond the typical trade product range.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, dispatches and customer requirements.
