Investments

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Operations Senior
Associate to join our growing Alternative Investments Operations team.

This role is critical to supporting a global follow-the-sun operating model,
ensuring investor fund documents are received, retrieved, and prepared for
downstream review and extraction teams.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring client document inflows,
navigating GP and investor portals, and ensuring all incoming alternative




investment documents are received within established service-level agreements.
This position serves as a key operational link between our India-based (UK time
shift) review team, helping drive operational efficiency, timeliness, and
quality across the document processing lifecycle.

What You Will Do:

Document Monitoring & Retrieval

* Monitor and manage multiple client document inflows throughout the India
morning shift to ensure timely identification and processing of incoming
documents.
* Maintain ownership of daily document workflows, ensuring all received
documents are routed appropriately.
* Track document intake queues to meet operational deadlines, and escalate
exceptions, missing documents, or processing issues to management as needed.

Portal Monitoring & Downloads

* Access and navigate alternative investment portals to retrieve investor
communications and fund reporting packages.
