- Engineer backend services that handle ~6 million external API requests daily
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to craft impactful features that are used at this scale.
- Take full ownership of features - from design and development to deployment and monitoring - while keeping performance and reliability top of mind.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of skilled experience building and scaling backend systems, who can bring both technical depth and leadership maturity to the team.
- Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Ability to dive deep into debugging, performance tuning, and system design.
- Write and review engineering design docs holistically and act as a final PR reviewer in one or more areas of the product.
- Ability to productively use AI Tools and IDEs to their advantage
