Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos on a daily basis featuring clothing, accessories, and other retail products.
- Conceptualize creative content ideas aligned with current Instagram trends and seasonal campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos with mínimal supervision.
- Present products confidently on camera and create relatable, engaging, and informative content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote new arrivals, offers, and collections.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and on-screen text to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral audio, hashtags, and content formats.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers,



and video editors when required.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across all content.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Organize content shoots and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular posting.
- Assist in creating behind-the-scenes content, customer testimonials, styling videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time while maintaining high creative and production standards.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content.
- Excellent video shooting and mobile videography skills.
- Proficiency in video editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Creative storytelling and content ideation abilities.
- Confident on-camera presence and good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of lighting, camera angles
