This is a fully remote, commercially focused role centered on attracting and converting prospective learners into SAP education and career development programs.
You will combine recruitment marketing, outbound prospecting, career counseling, and consultative sales to guide candidates toward the right training opportunities.
The role focuses primarily on North American and global audiences, requiring confident and professional English communication.
You will own the learner journey from initial outreach and lead engagement through counseling, objection handling, and paid enrollment.
Success will be measured through enrollment targets, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and consistent sales activity.

Accountabilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective learners through LinkedIn, social media, direct outreach, and other relevant recruitment marketing channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and develop them through the sales pipeline.
Conduct personalized career counseling sessions to understand learner goals and demonstrate the relevance, benefits, and potential ROI of SAP training programs.
Explain SAP modules, training offerings, project simulation programs, and placement support opportunities in a clear and compelling manner.
Manage the complete enrollment sales cycle, from initial qualification and consultation through objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and paid registration.
