About you and the role

As a Senior Payroll Representative based in Navi Mumbai, you act as the first point of contact for payroll inquiries through phone, chat, or e-Request across various disciplines. You are empowered to support and perform transactional activities that enable HR business processes and deliver a best-in-class employee experience. You may also serve as a resource for less experienced team members.




- Key Responsibilities
- Acts as primary point-of-contact for payroll inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders
- Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through completion
- Tracks progress, and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries
- Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for payroll, based on experience
- Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and e-Request queries, etc.)
- Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume)

- Qualifications
- Any Graduate with relevant HR and Finance background
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in US/Canada Payroll activities
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Excelle
