About the Role:
This role involves responsibilities for driving service sales through AMC renewals, retrofit projects, VRV/VRF services, and spare parts business.



The role involves managing existing customer and dealer relationships, conducting regular customer visits, handling operational and service-related queries, promoting Carrier products and solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling service offerings. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring timely invoicing and collections while tracking service revenue, margins, billing, and overall profitability. Ideal candidates should have an HVAC background (or relevant experience in consumer durables), robust dealer management and customer-facing skills, and a proven ability to generate service revenue and drive business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Revenue & Business Development
Drive revenue and order booking for VRF HVAC projects.
Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, MEP consultants, and end customers.
Identify new VRF project opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
