This is a senior individual contributor role focused on delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across complex technology functions.
You’ll own recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA/SDET, and technical leadership positions.
Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you’ll translate workforce priorities into targeted sourcing and hiring strategies.
You’ll build pipelines for highly competitive and niche talent markets using direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, communities, and innovative channels.
The role combines technical recruiting expertise with talent intelligence, recruiting analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve hiring effectiveness.
You’ll also influence recruiting standards by mentoring colleagues and introducing scalable approaches to sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.

Accountabilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA/SDET, and technical leadership.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Develop strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-find technical talent through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, qualified communities, events, talent networks, and creative recruitment channels.
Serve as a trusted talent advisor by using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce strategies.
Monitor recruitment funnel health, hiring SLAs, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and other key metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
