- Lifecycle growth levers (activation, usage, spend deepening, attrition reduction)
- Risk partnership and affluent collections strategy

- MIS, dashboards, forecasts and budgeting cadence
Primary Responsibilities:
- P&L; & Unit Economics
- Build unit-level metrics and P&L; with Finance
- Prepare monthly portfolio MIS (spends, activation, attrition)
- Ensure timely monthly budgeting and provisioning
- Track partner-led product costs and profitability (e.g., Maharaja Points)
- Rewards economics and breakage modelling with periodic ROI reviews and benefit rationalization cycles (quarterly/annual).
- Formal EWS (early warning)
and behaviour scorecards for affluent cohorts; playbooks for pre‐emptive line controls and treatment paths.
- UPI‐on‐Credit adoption tracking, MCC/category controls, and merchant/category stimulus strategy.
- Formal dormancy and high‐value retention programs.
- Growth & Lifecycle
- Develop acquisition plans and run acquisition campaigns
- Design and execute portfolio growth campaigns to increase activation and usage
- Analyse attrition, upgrades, lifecycle and execute actions
- Plan and execute merchant/platform-led offers
- Disputes & chargeback analytics with TAT governance; systematic fee/interest reversal rules for billing errors; root‐cause loops to other relevant teams
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Run forecasts and impact analysis for portfolio changes
- Develop recent reports and dashboards to enhance visibility
- Risk & Collections
- Design and manage affluent-specific collections proce
