Job Description:
RBC is looking for startup management leaders to market growth and engagement function, who can work against equity and sales sharing 10-15%. Leaders with overall 8-10+ years of experience and have exposure working in startup ecosystem and motivation to develop start-ups is a must. This role is ideal for an expert who can align RBC services, startup engagement & repeatable demand engine in a B2B/B2C engagements workplace.

Key Responsibilities




Ø Define and own the overall RBC’s SaaS marketing strategy aligned with core business objectives, revenue targets, and growth milestones.
Ø Startup connect model development, Lead demand generation and pipeline growth across inbound, outbound, product-led growth (PLG), and partner channels.
Ø Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy with RBC’s service presence to startup ecosystem
Ø RBC’s product for startup’s MRI brand Chie’s positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across website, content, product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns.
Ø Develop data-driven marketing plans, using insights from customer behaviour, funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.
Ø Create channels for RBC’s engagement and presence on startup eco system
Ø Create various channel engagement to acquire startups
Ø Create investors connect for potential startup’s funding
