About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional to join our Bangalore sales team. This is a pure sales role focused on client acquisition, property presentations, site visits, relationship management and closure of luxury residential real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, confident sales professional and highly presentable individual with strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market and established experience selling premium/luxury residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end Luxury Real Estate Sales from lead generation to closure.
Generate and develop new prospects through calls, references, networking, database management and field activities.
Handle high-value HNI/UHNI and premium-segment customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury residential properties.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings and site visits.
Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales pipeline and lead conversion process.
Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively and drive transactions towards closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and follow-up activities.
