Business Growth Executive
Location: Vadodara
Role: Full-time | Field + Office
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree required
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Growth Executive to help us grow our institutional business while being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing startup.

You will spend a significant part of your role meeting customers, travelling, pitching our products, conducting demos and converting opportunities into sales.

You will also work closely with the team on order processing, inventory coordination and business operations.
What You'll Work On

Business Development & Sales
Identify potential institutional customers
Reach out to decision-makers and book meetings
Conduct product presentations, demos and trials
Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers
Build relationships with institutional clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solutions
Collect customer feedback and develop case studies
Track your sales pipeline and follow-ups




Set and work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs set by higher management.
Operations
The role doesn't end when a customer places an order.
You will also help us ensure that every order moves smoothly through the business.
This includes:
Processing new orders
Coordinating order fulfilment
Tracking inventory and stock requirements
Coordinating with internal teams
Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
Maintaining basic sales and order records
Supporting day-to-day business operations

You won't just be joining a sales team.

You will get hands-on exposure to how a growing startup actually builds its business.
