As a Backend Engineer on the Fabric Manager team, you will design and build scalable backend services and orchestration capabilities that power cloud and virtualization deployments for Gigamon’s deep observability platform. You will own the end-to-end development, testing, and delivery of REST APIs, orchestration workflows, and platform abstractions that enable reliable,



production-grade experiences for our customers. In this role, you will work across cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure layers to improve performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, security, product, and support teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions and support critical production environments.
What you’ll do
Lead the end-to-end development, testing, and delivery of backend services and orchestration features for Fabric Manager.
Design and implement reliable, scalable, and maintainable REST APIs, services, and platform abstractions.
Develop and enhance orchestration workflows for cloud fabric deployment, upgrades, inventory, configuration synchronization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
