About the Role We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives who can connect with parents, understand their child’s learning needs, explain our Home School concept, and convert interested parents into paid customers.



Key Responsibilities✅ Connect with leads generated through digital marketing, influencers, referrals, and campaigns✅ Speak with parents and understand their child’s learning needs✅ Explain and promote the Study100on100 Home School concept✅ Follow up through calls and Whats App✅ Handle objections and convert qualified leads into paid subscriptions✅ Maintain lead and follow-up discipline in CRM✅ Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets What We’re Looking For✔ 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Ed Tech, Counselling, Admissions, or B2 C Sales✔ Strong communication and convincing skills✔ Comfortable speaking with parents over the phone and Whats App✔ Positive follow-up and objection-handling skills✔ Target-oriented and self-driven✔ English + at least one Indian language preferred Why Join Us?
