Enterprise Sales & Closure Lead – Accounting Teams
Role Overview
Finsmart Accounting is looking for a high-performing enterprise sales skilled from the accounting offshoring/outsourcing industry to drive growth and closure of Accounting Teams engagements for US-based corporates and mid-sized enterprises.
This role is focused on relationship-led sales, enterprise networking, and strategic deal closures within the US accounting and finance ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to selling offshore accounting, finance, shared services, GCC, staffing, or outsourcing solutions to US clients and should already have a strong professional network within the US market.
This is not a pure SaaS or generic solution-selling role.
The role is positioned around selling structured, scalable accounting team models and packaged finance service offerings designed for global businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Deal Closure
Drive end-to-end sales closure for Accounting Teams engagements
Engage with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, Shared Services Leaders,



and Business Owners
Position Accounting Teams as a scalable offshore accounting and finance capacity solution
Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and client onboarding coordination
Work closely with leadership and delivery teams during client acquisition and onboarding
Relationship & Network Development
Build and nurture strong relationships within the US accounting and finance ecosystem
Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to generate opportunities
Strengthen Finsmart’s visibility within corporates, finance leadership circles, and outsourcing ecosystems
Represent Finsmart at conferences, networking events, and industry forums
Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities within US-based corporates and mid-market enterprises
Drive strategic outreach and relationship-led business development initiatives
Support growth of enterprise-focused service of
